Berry Consulting was created in 2019 by Julie Berry, following a hugely rewarding and successful career at Thomas Cook. With a degree in Business with Tourism and over 20 years at the company, she has extensive experience in a business environment in leadership positions.
Whilst her background is predominantly Commercial, with a passion for building lasting relationships of high added value, she also has in-depth knowledge of a range of business areas, including strategy, project management, business development and overseeing transformation programmes.

With a customer centric approach to everything that she does, Julie is committed to delivering exceptional output, hugely passionate and focused on adding value for the organisations that she works with.

Julie has extensive experience in coaching & mentoring colleagues both within her own teams and across the wider business world as well as supporting young people through a Sport’s Young Leader programme.
